- Pizza dough (I used Trader Joe's)
- Cornmeal (to sprinkle on the baking tray)
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Feta cheese
- Frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
- Kalamata olives, sliced in half lengthwise
- Red onion, sliced thinly
- Roma tomato, sliced thinly
- Dried oregano
Thaw the artichoke hearts on a paper towel, make sure to blot them with an additional paper towel to remove any excess liquid.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a large pizza baking tray with cooking spray then sprinkle lightly with cornmeal.
Roll the dough into whatever shape and size of pizza you desire. Place on baking tray.
Evenly spread sauce, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, tomato slices, red onions, kalamata olives, feta cheese and oregano on top.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-14 minutes or until desired crispiness.
Remove from oven and slice. Enjoy.
