- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 small clove of garlic, minced
- 4 ears of corn, husks removed
- 1 tbsp white sugar
Combine the butter, basil, and garlic together and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
Remove the husk and silk from each ear of corn then rinse with water. Boil a large pot of water over high heat, add a tablespoon of white sugar to the water. Once the water is boiling, add the corn on the cob.
Cook for 3-4 minutes then remove from the water.
Slather the corn with the basil garlic butter then season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
