- 3/4 cups of warm water
- 1 1/4 tsp yeast
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Soften the yeast in the warm water for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the flour and salt then cover and let rise for 10-15 minutes. Break the dough into small pieces and form it into letters, numbers, shapes, or pretzels.
Other Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp water
- Sea salt
Sprinkle with sea salt. Let dough rise until doubled in size, about 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
