- 2 slices of bread
- 3 slices of turkey
- Brie (I used double creme but triple would be great too)
- Cranberry chutney
Spread the chutney on both pieces of bread. Layer it with turkey then add brie.
Place the sandwich on the panini grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Side Note: If you don't have a panini grill, use a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and cook on both sides until crisp and golden brown.
