- 1 small can of whole green chiles
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- Extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Small flour tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Guacamole
- Salsa
Place shredded cheese on the center of the tortilla, add some beans, half of the green chile, and some chopped cilantro.
Roll tightly and set seam side down on the baking sheet. Once they are all rolled, spray the top of each flauta with olive oil cooking spray.
Bake for 10 minutes then flip and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy.
